General InfoWhen you purchase art from me or acquire it through other means, you are automatically subject to my Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before ordering.I only accept payment through paypal in EURO (Paypal does the change if your country uses something else)I will not begin on a commission until it is fully paidFor commission work : the subject must have some kind of a visual reference.
For custom designs : I can work with a moodboard or a text description.I will not copy someone else’s style or design.Your commission will be completed between 2 weeks and 2 months. The wait time will depend on the type and complexity of your commission. Feel free to contact me through Discord, mail or DM to have an update !I usually work on a 1000per1000 or 1500per1500 canvas, 300PPP and in RGB mode. If you want another format please let me know when ordering.You will be emailed the HD version of your commission.I don't allow my art or my designs to be used for NFT's and IA / AI training.I always do my best to please my customers and so far I haven’t encountered any issues when taking commissions. These TOS are mostly there to protect myself from scammers and petty people but rest assured that I really have at heart to provide a piece that will match your vision.Artist’s RightI as the artist retain rights to the artwork. You may not draw on or edit the artwork I provide for you unless permission is acquired. My commissions are for personal use only, commercial use (breed, merchandise, book cover, website banner, etc) must be discussed beforehand and will be priced accordingly.I can share, post and dispose of my work without restriction.I don’t allow my art or my designs to be altered, modified or reworked.You as the client can repost the artwork I did specifically for you on Instagram and Toyhouse with proper credit.Revisions policy⚠️ Applies to all commissions aside from scribblies and purchasing mystery / gacha / prompt based adopts, please see the « Scribbly & mystery adopts » section.The clearer you are when explaining what you want and the more accurate will your artwork will be ! I’ll always do my best to portray your character or to design your dream horse accurately but I can’t do so without a clear reference sheet (however your reference can be shaded).I will always provide a rough sketch for pose confirmation and will happily show the progress upon request.I allow up to two thumbnails pose sketches and three minor changes to a sketch. Past these points, each request for a revision will cost an additional 10€. Edits requested past the lining and coloring change will also have additional cost unless I personally missed something. Same goes if you decide to add accessories / additional traits after we agreed on a price.Please take into consideration that once your sketch is approved I won’t make massive edits.Scribblies & mystery adoptsScribbly commissions : whether they are for an existing horse or a fictional character the process is a little different than with usual commissions.I came up with this style to offer a more budget friendly alternative while keeping a sparkly and beautiful result for you to enjoy.They are indeed sketchier than my usual style and more simpler both in anatomy and design. To make it work for both of us I only allow one pose change and after validation you will receive the final result.If you are looking for a more polished and tailored experience please look for my usual Glowtober commissions where you will be able to ask for several revisions and touch ups !Gacha, mystery adopts, prompt based adopts ; When buying one of these surprise is part of the deal ! I always design my adopts with great care but if for some reason you're not fully satisfied with the result I cannot accept refunds or rework my adopts. However you're allowed to resell or trade your adopt for the same price you paid.Refund policyI will provide a full refund if I created something entirely different than what you specifically asked for.I will provide a full refund minus Paypal fees if I haven’t started the commission and you would like to withdraw your order. If the commission is already started I am willing to stop the work and refund the time I haven’t yet spent on your piece but I will charge the time already spent on your work and you will receive your commission as it is.A refund cannot be given once the commission is finished. I will not refund you if you are not satisfied with your commission despite it being accurate to your description or reference sheet.Cancelations or chargebacks issued through paypal when the commission has started or is finished will result in a blacklist, a report to Paypal’s Support and taken in front of legal authorities.Character designWhen ordering a character design you, as the client, will receive the rights to use my design. However I will retain the rights to the artwork itself and will remain the author of said design. Therefore you may not draw on or edit the artwork I provide for you unless permission is acquired and you may not edit my design unless permission is acquired.You cannot resell my designs for more than what you paid for unless you commissioned additional artwork for said design.You cannot use my design for commercial purposes unless permission is acquired.You can gift or trade my design.You must notify me of the new owner, failing to do so will result in a blacklist. This is to make sure no one is trying to sell or dispose of adopts that belong to someone else.Please credit me accordingly.Commercial workI can do various illustrations, designs, bases, portraits for commercial purposes (especially for breeds), please use my mail to discuss your project.CreditsI'm really thankful for Enfanir for letting me use their TOS as a model.
